About the Role:

The Leonardo UK Joint Avionics Service (JAS) Data Support Analyst role is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team at RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire.

As a key member of our Customer Support and Services Solutions (CS3) line of business, you will play a significant role in back office operational technical support for the Typhoon Fast Jet, utilising your analytical skills to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve, structure and analyse operational, engineering and logistics data to monitor and optimise the spares and repairs chain performance.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Liaise with various departments, including logistics, field engineers and QA, to ensure seamless support.
  • Work closely with our JAS Partner, BAES, to maintain a single source of truth for in-service support data.
  • Contribute to the success of future bid activity for follow-on JAS Contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, and a proven track record in applying supportability engineering principles and logistics activities for Defence or Aerospace products.

Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps and data analysis tools is essential, as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
