About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our HR team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop reports and analytics to meet their needs.
  • Collecting, collating, and analyzing HR data from various sources, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.
  • Using data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to C-suite and the wider business.
  • Providing HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
  • Staying updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities.
  • Participating in HR projects including HR system implementations, process improvements, and automation.
  • Supporting HR with special projects including regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance.
  • Providing training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Data entry into HRIS, auditing the HR data and systems, and ad hoc HR duties.

About You:

  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages, such as MS Excel or other statistical software.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with data tools and the ability to create compelling reports.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, workflows, metrics, and KPIs desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
