Red 5 People is seeking an experienced Sen Employment Advisor to join our team and support adults with learning disabilities into paid employment. In this role, you will provide individualized support and guidance to help learners achieve their employment goals.

About the Job

You will be responsible for running group sessions on employability skills, supporting learners in their external placements, and building relationships with employers to secure job opportunities. Our service offers a unique and supportive environment where learners can develop their skills and confidence.

We are looking for someone who has experience in employability and ideally SEND with autism/learning disability experience. This role would suit an employment advisor, job coach, or recruiter with work or lived experience of SEND.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional flexibility to accommodate learners' work hours.
