About the Role: Akari Care is seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and medical care to our residents while promoting their dignity and well-being.

Salary Information: This role offers a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, plus a welcome bonus of £1,500 (terms and conditions apply). We also provide employers' pension contributions of 3% and annual NMC fees paid.

Job Description: In this role, you will lead a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where our residents feel secure and valued. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. Your coaching style leadership mentality will empower your colleagues to excel in their roles, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid NMC Pin or be awaiting registration. You should have a proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and delegate effectively. Good communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.
