The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tyne Grange care home in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults living with complex and high acuity needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • To provide person-centred nursing care, promoting independence and dignity for our service users.
  • To work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and care delivered.

Requirements

  • Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (Adults).
  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

What We Offer
