Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing practical support and responsive care to service users, ensuring that activities comply with procedures and relevant healthcare legislation.
- Monitoring the wellbeing of residents and reporting any concerns to senior staff or the primary nurse as needed.
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to a collaborative approach to residential care.
