Job Title: Water Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Manager to join our team at South West Water. As a key member of our Water Resources team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize water usage and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of demand reduction strategies aligned with strategic commitments.
  • Oversee monitoring and reporting on the progress of the Demand Strategy.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and revise strategies based on review findings.
  • Develop a strategy for long-term engagement with Non-Household customers and retailers.
Requirements:
  • Robust background in water resources management, specializing in demand forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective demand management strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and a clear vision for achieving water resource sustainability goals.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating complex challenges and driving strategic initiatives forward.
