We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Red Door Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure new business and drive sales growth
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
