Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Red Door Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure new business and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and revenue performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
