Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Red Door Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise the potential of new and existing clients through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Submit quotes and convert sales opportunities into new business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Attend sales meetings and participate in discussions to drive sales growth and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Customer service or operations experience, preferably in a sales or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • A positive attitude and desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
