About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior-level decision makers in the Health and Lifesciences market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Health and Lifesciences market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Commissioners, Senior Management, and CEOs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and delivery staff, to deliver revenue and develop accounts.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to deliver targeted revenue for your territory.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Health and Lifesciences market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software solution sales, with a strong track record of success in the Health and Lifesciences market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level decision makers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently.
