Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management teams at key clients. Your expertise in relationship management, credit, and financial analysis will enable you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key client stakeholder relationships, utilizing Citi's market-leading insights to build strategic dialogue and relationships with senior management teams.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' banking and financing needs, identifying opportunities to deliver exceptional client service and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Banking teams across Citi's global network, leveraging our global presence and expertise to deliver best-in-class relationship management to new and existing clients.
  • Establish a robust understanding of Citi's Commercial banking proposition and risk appetite, ensuring alignment with our clients' needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue, representing Citi Commercial Bank across the UK NBFI sector.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in banking, relationship management, and credit, with a strong track record of self-originating new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management teams and key stakeholders.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit writing skills, with a deep understanding of key commercial banking processes and solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on coaching and developing other colleagues across the Commercial Banking team.
