Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Fulfillment Senior Associate to join our International Distribution & Logistics team at Harry's Inc. This role will be responsible for managing all DTC and B2B order fulfillment matters, ensuring orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered to our customers on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of UK and EU accounts from a customer operations point of view, including PO processing, line listing, changes to existing SKUs, NPIs.
  • Develop and improve operations within the warehouse, focusing on continuous improvement and increased efficiencies as it relates to DTC packing and retail reworks.
  • Manage end-to-end EDI implementation with our customers and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot EDI orders with our partners and drive closure to issues, ensuring 100% fulfillment and data processing completion.
  • Project manage new retailer and specialty onboarding.
  • Partner with multiple internal teams in achieving commercial goals, including Web Product, Retail, Finance, Brand, and Marketing.
  • Be accountable for all Distribution Outbound related issues, including out-of-stocks, chargebacks, and failed collections or deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP.
  • Data-driven and analytical in mindset, able to look at any spreadsheet and know the right questions to ask to get to actionable outcomes, and explain data in a digestible way.
  • Humble and understanding that contributions to our success as a brand come in all shapes and sizes.
