About the Team

The International Distribution & Logistics (Intl D&L) team is responsible for managing the flow of products from suppliers to customers, focusing on delivering top-tier omnichannel operations to support both our direct-to-consumer and retail partners across Europe.

About the Role

As a key member of the Intl Distribution & Logistics team, you will collaborate with third-party logistics providers in the UK and Poland, developing and nurturing strategic operational partnerships with our customers.

We are seeking an Outbound Logistics Management Senior Associate who will oversee all direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) order fulfillment processes. This role involves ensuring timely and complete order processing and delivery, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, onboarding new B2B clients in the UK and EU, and participating in cross-functional projects related to DTC and B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy for customer operations within the UK and EU as a vital member of the Intl D&L Team.
  • Manage customer operations for UK and EU accounts, including purchase order processing, SKU modifications, and new product introductions.
  • Enhance warehouse operations with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency in DTC packing and retail reworks.
  • Refine existing processes for customer operations, including purchase order processing and key performance indicator reporting.
  • Oversee logistics for both DTC and retail, ensuring high service levels while optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage end-to-end electronic data interchange (EDI) implementation with customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve EDI order issues with partners, ensuring complete fulfillment and data processing accuracy.
  • Project manage the onboarding of new retailers and specialty accounts.
  • Assist the finance team with month-end activities, including invoice review and ensuring all proof of deliveries are uploaded.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve commercial objectives, including Web Product, Retail, Finance, Brand, and Marketing.
  • Take responsibility for all outbound distribution-related issues, including stock shortages, chargebacks, and delivery failures.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across Harry's to promote operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  • A passion for process improvement and optimization, with a willingness to lead others in implementing best practices.
  • Data-driven and analytical, capable of interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively across local and international teams.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement for yourself, your team, and your partners.
  • A balanced appreciation for both quantitative and qualitative results, celebrating successes while learning from setbacks.

Collaboration

  • Reports to the Intl Distribution and Logistics Senior Manager.
  • Part of the Global Supply Chain team, which includes Global Supply, Demand Planning, and Global Store Design.
  • Engages in cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Strategy, R&D, Quality, Packaging Development, Retail, DTC, Product, Sales & Operations, Planning, and Finance.
  • Works with external partners, including suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
