We're looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our recruitment team as a Regional Recruitment Administrator.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for publishing job adverts, screening and selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

You'll also be the first point of contact for external recruitment enquiries and will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out the publication of job adverts on recruitment channels
  • Independently screening and selecting the perfect candidates plus coordinating interviews and conducting phone interviews
  • Keeping applicants updated by phone, letter, and email
  • Being the friendly first contact for all external recruitment enquiries
  • Supporting and maintaining Hiring Manager relationships

Requirements:

  • Computer skills with Word, Excel, and database experience
  • Previous recruitment experience is a significant advantage
  • A confident communication style with people at all levels and exceptional literacy
  • A super friendly, 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Initiative and an eagle-eye for detail
