Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Resourcer at Quest Employment, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks with precision and speed, including the completion of payroll. You will also register candidates and maintain up-to-date records in our systems, confidently communicate with candidates and clients, and demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes
- Proven administrative skills with the ability to manage registrations and update CRMs adeptly
- A team player who is well-organized and adaptable
- People management
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable
- Driving licence required
