About the Role
CITB is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support the Talent Acquisition and People Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining accurate records and data.
- Support the onboarding process for new joiners, completing necessary pre-employment checks.
- Work closely with the People Team to ensure timely reporting and maintenance of employee records.
- Assist with vacancy advertising and administrative support for hiring managers.
- Support line managers with HR-related tasks and ensure accurate data entry and filing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience, preferably in a Talent Acquisition or HR team.
- Working knowledge of HR systems, including HRIS and ATS.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms, including Word and Excel.
