About the Job:
Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Business Partner to help drive growth and expansion within our property consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with our marketing team.
- Coach and inspire our teams to achieve business development goals and objectives.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
- Use CRM systems and analytics to unlock new work streams and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and support partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with our business strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, within architecture, conveyancing, planning
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results.
- Adaptable, proactive, and creative mindset.
Estimated Salary: £72,000 per annum
Location: Bristol - Hybrid
