About the Job:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Business Partner to help drive growth and expansion within our property consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Coach and inspire our teams to achieve business development goals and objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
  • Use CRM systems and analytics to unlock new work streams and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and support partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with our business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, within architecture, conveyancing, planning
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and creative mindset.

Estimated Salary: £72,000 per annum

Location: Bristol - Hybrid
