About the Role:
The University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining office systems and procedures, and providing excellent customer service to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, responding to queries, and coordinating events.
- Developing and implementing effective HR systems and procedures to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service to staff and students, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a Higher Education setting.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of employment law and principles of HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and students at all levels.
