Job Title: Head of Growth

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth to join our team at McCann Central. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans that drive growth and expansion for our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with our agency's overall business strategy
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating client leads and developing proposals in partnership with internal teams
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Consultancy, Strategy, and Creative, to generate business leads and ensure growth of the agency
* Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and industry partners

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in business development and growth
* Strong understanding of the employee engagement and experience industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
