Job Title: Night Residences Concierge Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Residences Concierge Assistant to join our team at The OWO Residences by Raffles. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to residents, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Resident Relations Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Manage the overnight running of the residential concierge desk, ensuring a smooth and consistent service.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with residents, staff, and guests, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including Security, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Spa, to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English.
  • Recent experience in a luxury residential environment or 5-star hotel, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Market knowledge of competitors and event industry trends, with the ability to surprise and delight guests.
  • Ability to work within a team, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
