We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to join our specialist medicine team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing the pharmacy service to gastroenterology, rheumatology, and dermatology patients at specialist pharmacist level.

Key Requirements
  • A degree in pharmacy and registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • A postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as independent prescribing or clinical pharmacy.
  • Significant experience post-registration in a hospital-based post, with a proven track record of good performance in previous roles.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to complete documentation accurately, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. A strong ability to plan, prioritise, and organise yourself and others is essential, as well as a good understanding of homecare processes and managing high-cost drugs.

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
