Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Residential Security Technology Installer to join our team at Johnson Controls, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and commissioning security systems at residential customers' premises, providing a high-class customer experience through excellent customer service, problem-solving, and relationship building skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension, company van, tools, uniform, and personal development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission security systems, including intruder alarms, video doorbells, and CCTV systems, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Deliver high-quality installations, completing work efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driver's license.
  • Ability to work safely and responsibly, with practical skills to work with hand and power tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Familiarity with technology, such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
  • Security check will be performed once an offer has been made.
