Network Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled ICT Consultant to join our team in Aylesbury and Milton Keynes. As an ICT consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving IT infrastructure across school sites, providing technical support for users, and collaborating with schools to deliver tailored ICT solutions.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, installing and repairing computer systems, and providing support for users.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in ICT technician/2nd line support preferably in the education sector
- Strong technical background and passion for IT
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also undergo enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
