About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in the Southern Home Counties Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely submission of quotes via our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to deliver quotes on up-to-date templates
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to meet deadlines and provide a seamless service
  • Compile and submit monthly/quarterly framework data returns by maintaining accurate forecasts and records
  • Analyze and distribute relevant reports and information to the business as required
  • Support sales team members during their holidays/absences by processing ERP data
  • Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet client requirements
  • Learn and understand existing and new client portals to provide support when necessary
  • Manage the central Paint My Home sales email address and coordinate with the Scotland administration team
  • Engage with Paint My Home customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain high customer service standards
  • Log opportunities for Paint My Home and send them to the Contracts Manager for survey

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Dynamics 365

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
