Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious Sales Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of a team of customer service representatives and inbound sales representatives at CCR Recruitment Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of circa 15-20 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Sickness and Performance Issues: Manage sickness and performance-related issues within the team, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the team and upper management, communicating company goals, updates, and initiatives to the team.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes, ensuring seamless customer experience.

  • Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership abilities within a sales environment, with a strong track record of driving team performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
