Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build and secure trust, confidence, and relationships with key personnel in designated customer accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive sales with a focus on strategically important products and core products in accordance with our A2A plan to achieve our UK sales target within a specific territory or segment.
- Lead Management: Manage the sales-facing lead process from initial lead input to allocation to the sales team and reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Tender Management: Manage UK tender systems, portals, and scan for opportunities, uploading tenders as required.
- Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute specific sales initiatives in line with business needs, A2A, and new product launches from lead generation to close.
- Customer Database: Build and expand our company's customer database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Pipeline Development: Identify key customers and generate interest, building pipeline for sales team and self.
- Outbound and Inbound Sales: Perform outbound emails and calls, inbound lead generation, and follow-up.
- Education: BSc or equivalent (level 6) or Higher Education (level 4) in a science, technical, healthcare, or related subject or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years in customer service/sales role).
- Skills: Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills, and a passion to make a difference.
