Service Designer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer Lead to join our team at REDSOFA GROUP. As a Service Designer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design of services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define service design objectives and goals.
  • Create and iterate on service blueprints, customer journeys, and personas.
  • Develop and prototype service concepts and touchpoints.
  • Test and validate service prototypes with real users, gathering feedback for improvement.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of service designs.
  • Continuously monitor and assess service performance, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in service design.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in service design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Flexible hybrid working is available for this role. You must be UK based for this role, and relocation is not available.
