About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor. This role will provide HR support services to our schools, both remotely and on-site, and will be responsible for delivering HR support services to the schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support services to schools, including day-to-day enquiries and working with schools on a range of cases.
  • Support the School Leadership Teams (SLT) with all aspects of the people management agenda.
  • Enable schools to deliver a well-run school that can focus on improving educational attainment for pupils.
  • Support the Central HR team to continually develop professional practice and add value to the Trust.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development in HR.
  • A background of providing HR support in a schools/education environment.
  • Experience of using HR and payroll systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to work in an organised and methodical manner, whilst remaining calm and patient under pressure.
  • An ability to demonstrate knowledge of HR legislation.
