We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Event Operations Coordinator. As part of our core business team, you will be responsible for delivering large scale staffing and volunteer deployments for events across the live music industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the festivals or events industry in an operational role and possess excellent attention to detail. They will also have proven ability to manage teams in a high pressure environment and exceptional people skills.

Responsibilities include developing a good understanding of our client companies and their event / festival, building strong relationships with client stakeholders, project management of numerous event projects, and creating and updating event specific risk assessments.

This is a full time position based in our central Bristol office, initially offered on a one year fixed term contract. The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
