About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Team as a Brand Campaign Manager for Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling brand campaigns that drive awareness and uptake of our Food and Beverage (F&B) offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand campaigns that align with our Premier Inn and Branded Restaurants brand frameworks.
  • Work closely with our Brand & Marketing team and F&B Brand Strategy Manager to ensure all campaign activity is aligned and effective.
  • Manage a team of brand executives to deliver all F&B brand and marketing plans.
  • Allocate investment to maximise the impact of all activity and drive brand measures.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong marketing and creative background, with a commercially astute and excellent budget management skills.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident and capable to communicate & influence effectively at all levels.
  • A proven track record of successful delivery of campaigns - planning, execution, agency management & post-event analysis.
