The successful Brand Campaign Manager will lead the development and delivery of compelling brand campaigns across the Premier Inn and Branded Restaurants portfolio, ensuring effective customer communication and compliance with brand frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the creation and delivery of brand campaigns, aligned with brand and commercial priorities
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers and their needs, to build brand equity and engagement
  • Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and accurate brand communication
  • Leading design forums to ensure alignment and consistency of customer-facing activity across the customer journey
  • Accountable for legal and technical approvals for all brand/marketing materials

The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing and creative background, commercially astute and excellent budget management skills, as well as effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. They will be confident and capable of communicating and influencing effectively at all levels, with a proven track record of successful delivery of campaigns.
