About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they consistently deliver great service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Supervise the induction and training of new colleagues
  • Ensure all displays and signs are accurate and the food is presented well
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation when needed
  • Lead and support the team to achieve great service and customer satisfaction
