About the Role

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they consistently deliver great service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-of-house support, dealing directly with customers and serving food and drink.
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues, building a team dedicated to great service.
  • Ensure all displays and signs are accurate, and the food is presented well.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation when needed.

Requirements

  • Friendly and adaptable, with a positive 'can-do' approach.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • A people person, who cares about communicating well and giving great service.
  • Aware of health and safety compliance.
  • A problem solver, who can lead and support a team every day.
