Sales and Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
Twentyfour Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their growing sales team and customer base. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales order processing, customer communication, and data management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Order Processing**: Provide timely and accurate support in processing sales orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to customers.
- **Customer Communication**: Liaise with customers to provide information, documents, and assets as requested, and ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- **Data Management**: Update internal sheets with product information, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- **Retailer Support**: Assist in completing internal documents for agreed retailer promotions, and verify retailer invoices to ensure accuracy.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar sales supporting role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
**Working Arrangements:**
Full-time position, Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm), with hybrid working arrangements, including office-based work three days a week.
