Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Twentyfour Recruitment Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately
  • Update sales reporting on a weekly basis to ensure timely and accurate information
  • Prepare and submit customer new product line forms in a timely manner
  • Provide customer support by accessing customer portals and retrieving information, documents, and assets as requested
  • Update internal product information sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support the sales team in completing internal documents for retailer promotions and verify invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Liaise with customers as needed to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales supporting role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Working Hours:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with hybrid working arrangements, including office-based work three days a week
