The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive visual identity strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives business growth.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually stunning marketing materials, including branding assets, advertising campaigns, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage and maintain our brand guidelines and style manual to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with the creative director to develop new design concepts and visual approaches that align with our overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior design role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual identity solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating visually striking marketing materials that engage and resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality output.
