Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the Exchange 2013 environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Manage email routing, including internal and external SMTP routing, and mail hygiene services.
  • Implement policies and process improvements, including eDiscovery and DLP.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including processes, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in delivering Microsoft Exchange 2010/13 to desktop and mobile devices in a multi-site business.
  • Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server, Database Availability Groups, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience of writing in English.
