About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across the Federation. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in an educational setting is not necessary, as training will be provided.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across the Federation
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Ensure efficient communication and coordination among stakeholders
Requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proficiency in keyboard/IT skills
* Self-motivation and flexibility
