Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Part-Time Social Worker to join our dynamic Intake Team, supporting families during initial referrals to Children and Young People Services.

About Your Role

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will work closely with families, identifying their needs and providing essential support to help them navigate the system.

Key Aspects of the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including section 47 enquiries
  • Determine necessary support for families and collaborate with family support teams
  • Maintain effective communication with court personnel when required
Our Benefits Package:
  • Salary Range: £38,000-£48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
