This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business development and develop relationships with key customers and vendor stakeholders. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, appointments, and schedules, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring senior leaders are prepared for meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, and proficiency in MS Office. You will also need to be able to work accurately and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to avoid conflicts and boost productivity.
  • Organize meetings and events, including documentation, venue bookings, and catering.
  • Ensure senior leaders are prepared for meetings and handle communications when needed.
  • Coordinate national and international travel arrangements.
  • Assist with projects and event coordination.
  • Handle calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials as required.
  • General administrative support, such as managing expenses and mail.
