This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business development and develop relationships with key customers and vendor stakeholders. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide strategic support to senior leaders, ensuring they are prepared for meetings and handling communications as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to avoid conflicts and boost productivity.
  • Organize meetings and events, including documentation, venue bookings, and catering.
  • Coordinate national and international travel arrangements.
  • Assist with projects and event coordination.
  • Handle calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials as required.
  • General administrative support, such as managing expenses and mail.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fast, accurate typing with strong grammar and spelling skills.
