Sales Team Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering the highest standards of service and ensuring a positive experience.
Process customer orders, answer phone calls, manage stock levels, and maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
Coordinate supplier deliveries, accurately book them in, and ensure seamless logistics.
Participate in a comprehensive training program, utilizing our systems and receiving guidance from a dedicated coach.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to our strict safety standards.
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service skills, able to relate to diverse people. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will have good numerical skills and be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
