Female Caregiver Position

Female Carer / Child Support Worker - Wesham
About the Role:To provide supportive care to a family with a mother and baby in their home and local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare meals from scratch, demonstrating confidence in cooking and food planning.
- Possess a valid driving license with insurance; while a car is preferred, alternative arrangements can be made.
- Contribute to general household duties, including washing, making beds, and light housework.
- Acknowledge the need for weekly supermarket trips, outings, and routine excursions.
- Previous experience in infant and child care is essential.
- Medical background is desirable but not mandatory.
- First Aid training is advantageous.
- A current DBS or willingness to undergo one is necessary.
- Flexibility regarding hours and occasional overtime is required.
Support will be provided with paperwork and forms due to Dyslexia/Dyscalculia requirements.
Online video interviews will be conducted.
£11.44 per hour (subject to increase); 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave. Flexible working hours to be discussed.
