Female Support Worker

Job Overview
Disability Equality (NW) Ltd is seeking two compassionate and experienced individuals to provide support to a couple within their own home and within the local community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and become part of a supportive team. As a Personal Assistant, your duties will include supporting with some aspects of personal care, moving and handling, domestic support, and other duties that may arise.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are flexible, and have a positive attitude and good work ethic. Previous experience is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, which will be met by the employer.
Salary Details
£11.50 per hour (rising to £12.00 per hour after completion of a probationary period)
Benefits
- 20 hours per week (Post 1) or 16 hours per week (Post 2)
- 6 weeks paid annual leave

Requirements
We are seeking individuals who can build strong relationships with our clients, providing person-centred support that promotes independence and dignity. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using their initiative and problem-solving skills to manage daily tasks and activities.
