Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, managing junior managers and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Nurture a culture of delivering the most exceptional shopping experience on the high street, promoting our core service values and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Recruit and train new talent, setting goals and achieving targets to drive KPIs and operational excellence.
