We are looking for an experienced Operations Management Professional to join our team at Primark Stores Limited in Rushden Lakes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the store in the absence of senior management, ensuring continuity of service and maintenance of high standards.
  • To lead and motivate the team, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • To monitor and control costs, maintaining budgetary targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • To develop and implement operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,304 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances and qualifications.
