About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Emergency Department Administrative Liaison. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our medical, nursing, and management staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, relatives, and visitors, while also assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, relatives, and visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Support clinical teams in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Salary and Benefits:
