Job Title: Front of House Day Shift Supervisor

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Front of House Day Shift Supervisor to join our Patient Support Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our front-of-house teams, ensuring seamless delivery of our patient-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage front-of-house teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery and optimal patient flow.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all aspects of front-of-house operations.
