Healthcare Receptionist Lead Role Summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Receptionist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our reception team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our patients throughout their journey with us.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and has excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of services, facilitating the smooth delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and experience

Requirements:

  • Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: £20,000 - £26,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
